Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (3-5 day processing) – Free for all orders, worldwide.

We utilize USPS, Fedex, DHL, and many other shipping companies as our shipping carriers. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 3-5 days to process your order and ship it out. You will receive shipping confirmation within 5 business days from the day your order was placed.   

You will receive an email confirmation  containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to houseofhaywoodkitchenware@gmail.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. Orders, once processed, have an expected range of delivery from 1 week to 7 weeks, not including weekends or holidays. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please utilize the Track Your Order tab on our website for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of our shipping carriers. It is the responsibility of the shipping carriers to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.

Additionally, during these trying times between USPS and the federal government as well as shipping delays due to Covid-19, I ask for your patience in delays. I process orders extremely fast to remedy the delayed shipping times, but it is no longer in my control once our manufacturers ship your item(s).
